Refund Policy

Resolution Options:
- Parts Replacement: In case of any in-Transit damage or manufacturing defects of parts, then Vergo will provide the free replacement of the damage/defective part.
- Return & Refund: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by Vergo, we offer a return & refund option.
Once the reverse pickup is done (within 3-4 days), refunds are processed within 2-3 days to the original payment mode.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, the product must be dismantled and packed securely in the original packaging.
We will need photographic proof of the packed product from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.
Our team will share the shipping documents that need to be printed & pasted on the box for error free return.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Comfort issues
- Product doesn't meet requirements
- Slight color variation due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings
- Minor dimension changes
- Ordering the wrong color, product, size, model, or price issue between sale events
If the customer still wants to opt for a return under the conditions above, the following process will be applicable:
- Shipping charges of up to Rs 1000/- will be levied per unit.
- We will need photographic proof of the packed product from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.
- Our team will share the shipping documents that need to be printed & pasted on the box for error free return.
- Once the reverse pickup is done (within 3-4 days), refunds are processed within 2-3 days to the original payment mode.
Cancellation Policy
Tech Support for Dismantling:Should you require assistance with dismantling the product for return, tech support services are available at a charge of Rs 400/-.

A full refund will be initiated and credited back within 1-3 working days, depending on the transaction mode.
If the order has been processed, it becomes non-cancellable. If the customer refuses delivery, logistics charges (₹800-₹1500) will be deducted from the refund. The charges are applicable on all 3rd Party platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, JioMart. The refund will be processed once the shipment is en route back to the source and can take 4-7 working days to be credited back.
