3 years of Onsite Warranty:

Duration - Our ergonomic chairs come with a 3-year onsite warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. 


Pan India Tech Support Services:

We are proud to offer pan-India tech support services. No matter where you are located in India, our team of skilled technicians is ready to assist you. Whether you need troubleshooting assistance, repairs, or replacement parts, we are just a call or email away. 


Warranty Terms:

1.1 Vergo will strive to service the Product under the Warranty period, covering all moving and functionality parts. The decision to repair or replace any part of the product will be at our sole discretion based on the report submitted by our customer care representative.

1.2 Replacement of specific spare parts is subject to availability. If a substitute is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer a suitable alternative at a discounted price.

1.3 Warranty claims can be resolved through a service technician visit or by sending replacement spare parts as needed.

1.4 Under warranty, we provide replacement parts free of charge and offer installation or assembly instructions. Any technical assistance required may incur a nominal charge for a visit by our experts.

1.5 Parts not covered under warranty are available for purchase at a reasonable cost, subject to availability.

1.6 The warranty applies to the original purchaser and any heir or assignee. However, the warranty period starts from the purchase date to the original purchaser and won't be extended through transfer.


What our LIMITED warranty covers:

All functional components of our products are covered, including:

  • Mechanism
  • Hydraulic Gas lift
  • Base Stand and wheels
  • Armrest

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Normal Wear and Tear: Any appearance of the product or damage resulting from normal wear and tear in the natural course of product usage, considering its ageing, nature, function, composition, as well as damage due to usage beyond its intended use. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Scratches
  • Dents
  • Wrinkles
  • Color-fading
  • Weaning/beading of fabric/leather
  • Compression of foam
  • Other changes developed due to normal wear and tear during usage.
  1. Improper Installation or Assembly: Any damage resulting from improper installation or assembly arranged by the customer without consideration from Vergo. This includes improper maintenance, misuse, or use not in compliance with the intended use of the product. Additionally, modifications or repairs not authorised by Vergo and resulting discolouration are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Process:

If you encounter any functionality issues with your product, follow these steps to claim warranty:

Email: care@vergo.online with the following details: 

Order ID, a brief description of the issue, images or videos demonstrating the problem, invoice/warranty certificate, and your contact information. 

Our Customer Service team will raise a service ticket and contact you within 24-48 working hours. We aim to provide a resolution within 7 working days from the date of the complaint.
