3. Pre-Assembled Feel – It felt like I received a previously assembled chair that was later disassembled and cleaned before shipping. It lacked the fresh, premium new-product feel.
4. Inconsistent Armrests – One of the armrests appears slightly older than the other, noticeable from the difference in color. This inconsistency again affects the premium feel.
5. Loose Screw – One of the screws on the headrest spins freely and doesn’t tighten, which is disappointing in a high-end product.

Overall, while the chair delivers on comfort and ergonomics, the execution of packaging, presentation, and minor quality checks significantly impacts the overall experience.
