Review: Vergo Transform Prime Chair (After 2 Weeks of Use)
I’ve been using the Vergo Transform Prime Chair for two weeks now, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. Here are my key observations:
1. Comfortable Fabric – The fabric is breathable and doesn’t cause sweating even after long study sessions. That’s a big plus for anyone using it for extended hours.
2. Sturdy Build – The metal base feels solid, and the wheels glide smoothly. It gives a very stable and premium feel.
3. Great for Students – As a student who spends a lot of time studying, I find this chair very supportive and comfortable. It helps with posture and focus.
4. Armrest Design – The armrests are decent and comfortable, but I feel they could be improved. When I recline to 135 degrees, the armrests don’t support my arms well due to their fixed position. If they could move slightly more backward, it would greatly improve the reclining experience.
5. Back Support – I used to have lower back pain while using a wooden chair, but this one is a gamechanger. It took me 2–3 days to get used to it, but now I can sit for hours without discomfort.
6. Hydraulics – The height adjustment works smoothly and feels durable.
For reference, I’m 5 feet 9 inches tall, and the chair fits me quite well.
Verdict: If you're a student or someone who sits for long hours, this chair is a solid investment. With a few minor adjustments to the armrest design, it would be nearly perfect.
