THE BUILD QUALITY IS MORE THAN EXPECTED. VERY GOOD CHAIR FOR WFH PERSONS. THE WHEELS ARE AWSOMELY SMOOTH. SITTING BASE IS VERY WIDE FOR SKINNY PEOPLES. IT IS MUCH RECOMNDED TO BUY.
The product overall is incredibly comfortable, enables long hours of sitting as well as good back support: it's super relaxing.
Had some issues with the chair initially, but customer service took care of it promptly and accurately, sending replacement parts and a technician to address the issue.

The silver wheelbase was defective and it made a lot of LOUD noises every time I sat down, got up, or moved a chair. I did escalate the issue and they said they'll send me a replacement part, but I havent received it yet. Hopefully it will fix the issue.
Received yesterday and assembled right away the assembly was easy enough for one person to do using all its functionalities like reclining at multiple angles and it has plenty of features in its armrest which is useful for desk jobs, the headrest does the job but the lumber support is not useful like other chairs.
It's a good and comfortable chair if headrest has 2D adjustment that could be more useful.overall it's a good choice
