So here is the deal, I am using this product for over a year now (may be a bit more) and I would give out the best compliments to this. The design looks cool, the build very sturdy, the back mesh exemplary. But what stood out was the customer service. My headrest broke off the chair after some daily aggressive usage. I was ready to pay for a replacement. To my surprise the part not only got sent over (not just the headrest, but the entire backside), without any money taken. Its like magic. They even took care of picking up the old part and new part, plus the delivery fees. Its like having lifetime warranty even when the customer like to pay up.
Some bigger companies should take notes on how to retain a customer for life.
Should I say the product is perfect? No - I may suggest one or two minor fixes, but it does not make it a bad purchase. The customer service which I was given basically turned those minor fixes, null & void.
Will I recommend it to other? 1000% yes.
Giving the vergo the best!
